Shipping Information

Custom Accents uses UPS for all of our shipping needs. All shipping rates are based on weight and location of the shipping destination, as well as a Residential or Business address check. We have a daily pickup service with UPS and our turnaround time from order confirmation to shipping is very quick and efficient.

Our shipping lead times are approximately three to five business days after receipt of an approved purchase order.

Please note: UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Do not use a PO Box for shipping.
